A 3 day visit gives you the chance to visit some of the main biblical sites and tourist destinations in Jordan.
Below you will find one example of how you might spend just 3 full days on pilgrimage in Jordan but still get to see the Holy Sites buts as well as as Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.
Day 1 - Baptism Site - Dead Sea - Mukawir
08:00-09:00 – Travel to Baptism site
09:00-11:30 – Walk the John the Baptist Trail and Mass
11:30-12:00 – Travel to Dead Sea Hotel
12:00-14:00 – Lunch and swim at the Dead Sea
14:00-15:00 – Travel to Mukawir – Herod’s Palace
15:00-16:00 – Visit Mukawir
16:00-19:30 – Travel to hotel in Petra (Wadi Musa)
Day 2 - Petra - Wadi Rum
07:00-10:00 – Travel to Petra (Wadi Musa)
10:00-14:00 – Visit Petra – Mass in Byzantine Church
14:00-16:00 – Travel to Wadi Rum (packed lunch on bus)
16:30-18:30 – Sunset Jeep Tour
18:30-22:30 – Dinner and sleep in desert camp
Day 3 - Madaba - Mount Nebo
08:00-09:00 – Breakfast in the desert
09:00-14:00 – Drive towards Madaba, stop for lunch on the way
14:00-16:00 – visit Madaba
16:00-16:30 – Travel to Mount Nebo
16:30-18:00 – Visit Mount Nebo and Mass
18:00-18:30 – Travel back to hotel in Madaba
